The peak brightness in the game seems to be fixed and not adjustable for PS5. This game does not seem to use the PS5 HDR system calibration settings.
Peaking the brightness of the brightest light sources (sun) have a brightness of up to 10000 nits.
Use the Tone Mapping modes of your TV.
If you experience problems with colors (colors are oversaturated, red is not displayed correctly) or some cutscenes are dim, then switch to SDR.
