Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Extraction - HDR Settings

The peak brightness in the game seems to be fixed and not adjustable. This game does not seem to use the PS4, PS5 & Xbox HDR system calibration settings. 

The peak brightness limit is about 1000 nits. If your TV's peak brightness is anything other than 1000 nits, then use your TV's Tone Mapping modes.

The HDR Exposure slider adjusts the mid point. It is recommended to leave the value 1.0.

Adjust the HDR Color Saturation slider to your preference.
